Warta Geologi is the official newsletter of the Geological Society of Malaysia. First published in 1966 as GSM Newsletter, it was renamed to Warta Geologi in 1975. Warta Geologi publishes peer-reviewed short articles on all aspects of geoscience in English or Malay with English abstract in the Geological Notes section. Warta Geologi aims to disseminate information on events and activities of the Society, as well as other geoscience-related events that are of interest to the members of the Society.
